About Cuddle Nature

Cuddle Nature is a soft, warm cream — the colour of natural, unbleached cotton and the inside of a coconut shell. It's gender-neutral, calming and works in any nursery or children's room without dominating the space. Easy to combine with wood, rattan, woven baskets and soft pastels.

The continuous tuck-in flap — why it matters for kids

Children move more in their sleep than adults. A duvet cover with a button or zip opening means the duvet bunches up in one corner by morning. Our continuous tuck-in flap runs the full width underneath the cover — you tuck it under the mattress, and the duvet stays put. No middle-of-the-night cover wrestling. See tuck-in flap vs button closure for the comparison.

What does 400 TC mean?

TC stands for Thread Count — the number of threads woven into one square inch. Our Premium bamboo bedding has 400 TC, with 200 horizontal and 200 vertical threads per cm². Because bamboo fibres are finer and stronger than cotton, 400 TC bamboo gives the same dense, silky feel as 1,200 TC cotton — without the heavy weight. The fabric drapes well, feels cool to the touch and softens with every wash.

Made consciously

Bamboo is one of the most sustainable fibres available. It grows up to a metre per day without pesticides, fertilisers or irrigation, and produces 35% more oxygen than the same area of trees. Our bamboo is grown organically and processed under ECOCERT and OEKO-TEX® standards.

Care instructions

Wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle with similar colours. Skip fabric softener — it coats the bamboo fibre and reduces breathability. Tumble dry on low or line dry. Iron on low if you prefer a crisper finish. Bamboo gets softer with every wash, so the longer you sleep on it, the better it feels.

Frequently asked questions

How environmentally friendly is the production of bamboo bedding?

The production of Boomba Bamboo® bedding follows the highest standards: certified sustainable cultivation, the closed-loop Tanboocel™ process and ECOCERT- and Organic 100-certified sourcing. The entire chain is designed to minimise environmental impact.

What makes bamboo bedding suitable for sensitive skin types?

Bamboo fibres are naturally hypoallergenic and have an exceptionally smooth surface that soothes the skin. They actively reduce skin irritation and prevent bacterial growth – ideal for people with eczema, allergies or sensitive skin in general. OEKO-TEX®-certified and free from harmful substances.

Does bamboo bedding stay soft after multiple washes?

Yes, our bamboo bedding even becomes softer with each wash. The natural fibres maintain their structure for years – provided you follow the gentle care instructions: wash at 40 °C with mild detergent, no fabric softener.

How does bamboo bedding contribute to better sleep?

Bamboo bedding regulates body temperature and absorbs moisture, helping prevent overheating and sweat. The silky-soft texture and hypoallergenic properties create the ideal sleep climate – for deep, restful nights.

What makes Boomba Bamboo® bedding so special?

Our bedding is crafted from certified, sustainably grown bamboo and processed using innovative techniques that preserve both its hypoallergenic properties and silky softness. With OEKO-TEX®, ECOCERT and Organic 100 certifications and a 400 TC weave, Boomba Bamboo® delivers premium luxury you can feel every night.

Is bamboo bedding an environmentally conscious choice?

Absolutely. Bamboo grows quickly, requires minimal water and no pesticides. Compared to conventional cotton, our certified bamboo cultivation saves up to 90% water and significantly reduces CO₂ emissions.

Are bamboo sheets suitable for people with sensitive skin?

Yes, the silky-smooth fibres reduce friction on the skin, the natural antibacterial properties prevent irritation, and the OEKO-TEX®-certified production guarantees freedom from harmful substances. Ideal for eczema, neurodermatitis and very sensitive skin.
