Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are delivered free of charge, with no minimum order value. We also ship worldwide, so wherever you sleep, our 100% organic bamboo bedding reaches your door. Order on a business day and your parcel leaves our warehouse in Den Helder that same working day.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Within the Netherlands and Belgium your parcel is normally with you one to two business days after dispatch, and in Germany two to three business days. Delivery to these three countries is always free, whether you order a single pillowcase or a complete bedding set.
For every other destination the shipping cost depends on the country and the weight of your order. The exact amount is calculated in the checkout and shown to you in full before you pay, so there is never a surprise afterwards. Delivery times outside the Benelux and Germany vary by carrier and by country; the estimate for your address appears together with the shipping cost at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or local taxes may be charged on arrival by your national customs authority. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
When your order leaves our warehouse
Every order placed on a business day is picked, packed and handed over to our carrier that same working day. Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day. As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive a track and trace code by email, so you can follow the delivery step by step. If your tracking has not moved for two days, simply get in touch with us and we will chase it for you.

RETURNS and exchanges
Choosing bedding online is a matter of trust, so we keep returns straightforward. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back, without giving a reason. The product should be unused and returned in its original packaging, with the label still attached. Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you originally used.
Returning an order works like this:
- Email us at info@boomba-bamboo.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
- We reply with the return instructions, the return address and the shipping costs that apply to your country, usually the same working day.
- Pack the items in their original packaging and send the parcel to the address we provide.
- Keep your proof of postage until the refund has been processed.

Tell us in the same email which item you would like instead and we reserve it for you straight away, so you are not left waiting while stock moves. Damaged, incomplete or incorrect deliveries
If something arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, let us know within seven days of delivery and add a photo of the product and the packaging. We arrange a replacement or a refund at our own expense, and we never ask you to return a damaged item before the replacement is on its way. Your rights under the statutory 14 day cooling-off period remain unaffected and are set out in full in our terms and conditions.

Yes, our bamboo duvets are machine-washable at 30 °C on a delicate cycle in a large drum (8 kg+ capacity). Use mild detergent, avoid fabric softener and tumble-dry on low. For very large duvets a launderette offers more space and care.
Bamboo pillowcases are best washed at 30 °C on a delicate cycle. Wash regularly for hygiene — frequency matters more than temperature. Make sure they are completely dry before reuse to prevent mould.
