What bamboo actually does

What sets bamboo viscose apart is the shape of the fibre. It is smooth and closed, where cotton is open and slightly hairy, and that is why bamboo feels cool when you first lie down and dries faster afterwards. It also gives dust mites less to hold on to. Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and with the labels still attached. A DHL return label costs €8.50 including VAT from the Netherlands and €10.50 from Belgium, and is not deducted from your refund. The refund follows once we have received the return. Do pillowcases come with the duvet cover?

No. A duvet cover is sold as a single piece; pillowcases are ordered separately, per pair.

Will my bamboo bedding shrink?

A small shrinkage of 2–3% on the first wash is normal for natural fibres. Our sizes allow for it, so the fit stays right.

Is bamboo bedding suitable for sensitive skin and allergies?

Yes. The fibre is smooth and closed, which gives dust mites little to settle into and causes less friction against skin than cotton.

How should I wash it?

At 30°C on a delicate cycle, without fabric softener. Washing weekly at a low temperature does more for freshness than washing hot.

Is this really 100% organic bamboo?

Yes. Our Premium range is 100% organic bamboo viscose, certified by ECOCERT and Organic 100, with no cotton or polyester blended in.
