FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The difference is how the foot end of the cover is finished. A button closure has flat bamboo buttons and the cover lies loosely on top of the bed. A tuck-in strip is a continuous panel of fabric of about 50 cm at the foot end that you tuck under the mattress, so the duvet stays put and your feet stay out of the draught. Our sizes are European and given in centimetres. A UK single (90 x 190 cm) takes our 90 x 200 cm fitted sheet, a UK double (135 x 190 cm) our 140 x 200 cm, a UK king (150 x 200 cm) our 160 x 200 cm and a UK super king (180 x 200 cm) our 180 x 200 cm. The deep pocket and the elastic all the way round take up the extra length. Every size, with UK names alongside, is in our bedding size guide.
SPECIALIZED IN BAMBOO FITTED SHEETS
Bamboo fitted sheets are the perfect choice for children with sensitive skin. These fitted sheets are known for their hypoallergenic properties and soft fibers. They not only provide a silky-smooth sleeping surface but also reduce the risk of skin irritation. You can confidently choose bamboo fitted sheets, allowing your child to drift off to dreamland with peace of mind.
How should I wash my bamboo sheets?
Maintaining bamboo children's fitted sheets is simple. Use a mild detergent and opt for a cold or lukewarm temperature during washing. Avoiding bleach and fabric softeners is essential to preserve the quality of the fibers. For drying, choose a low temperature in the dryer or hang the sheets to air-dry naturally. This careful approach ensures not only a longer lifespan for the fitted sheets but also preserves the softness that children adore.
Are bamboo sheets environmentally friendly?
Absolutely! Bamboo fitted sheets for children are not only beneficial for the child's skin but also for the environment. Bamboo is a fast-growing plant that requires minimal water and no pesticides. Harvesting bamboo has minimal environmental impact, allowing parents with an environmentally conscious mindset to choose this sustainable option for their children's bedding with a clear conscience.
Are bamboo sheets sustainable?
Absolutely! Parents seek not only comfort but also durability for their children. Bamboo fitted sheets for children provide both. The natural strength of bamboo fibers makes the sheets resistant to wear, ensuring longevity. They not only retain their softness but also their color, even after repeated washes. Invest in bamboo fitted sheets for children and contribute to a more sustainable lifestyle.
Breathable Comfort for Children
Boomba Bamboo children's fitted sheets are highly breathable, which is crucial for the comfort of children during their sleep.
