Tuck-in strip or bamboo button closure?
Once you've selected the perfect color for your bamboo bedding set, it's time to decide on the type of closure. Would you prefer a button closure with buttons made of bamboo, or do you favor a tuck-in strip to keep your feet warm during cold nights by tucking it under your mattress?
Tuck-in strip
For bamboo duvet covers, we offer two closure options:
1. Bamboo button closure
2. Bamboo bottle neck tuck strip
The tuck-in strip is designed to tuck in your bamboo cover with the additional piece of fabric on the duvet cover. You can place this extra fabric under the mattress to enclose the duvet.
Bamboo button closure
One option is to choose a duvet cover with a bamboo button closure. The bamboo duvet cover comes with bamboo buttons, making it easy to secure your duvet inside the cover, and it also adds a nice aesthetic touch. If you tend to kick off your duvet cover while sleeping, the bamboo button closure is an ideal choice. The buttons are, of course, made of 100% bamboo.
Bamboo bottle neck tuck strip
A bamboo bottle neck tuck strip is partially stitched closed at the bottom of the duvet cover, making it more challenging for your duvet to slip out. The stitched sides reduce the opening size, allowing you to tuck the duvet into the opening. Additionally, there is an extra piece of bamboo fabric (40cm) in the middle with a bottle neck tuck strip. While this strip is also double, it doesn't run across the entire width. This design allows you to secure the duvet cover under the mattress, preventing cold feet.
The size of the tuck strip varies according to the duvet cover size:
140×200 opening 90cm
140×220 opening 90cm
200×200 opening 100cm
200×220 opening 100cm
240×220 opening 120cm
260×240 opening 120cm

Do you tend to get warm quickly? Opt for the bamboo button closure. If you tend to get cold quickly, then choose the tuck-in strip. With bamboo bedding, you always maintain the right temperature as bamboo provides insulation in colder environments and ventilation in warmer environments.
