How do you receive the gift card?

You receive the gift card as a PDF by email straight after payment. The PDF contains a unique code that the recipient enters at checkout. No shipping costs and no waiting time. Would you rather give it as a physical present? Simply print the PDF yourself.

How do you redeem the gift card?

The recipient places an order at www.boomba-bamboo.com and enters the unique code from the PDF in the Gift card or Discount code field at checkout. The credit is deducted from the order total straight away. Any remaining balance stays available for a next order.

Does the gift card have an expiry date?

No, our gift cards do not expire. The recipient can spend the credit at any time.

Can I combine several gift cards?

Yes, you can use several gift cards in a single order. Enter the codes one after the other at checkout.

Is the gift card sent on paper?

No, the gift card is sent digitally as a PDF by email. Would you still like to hand it over on paper? Print it yourself for a personal touch.

Can the gift card be exchanged for cash?

No, gift cards are only redeemed against products in our webshop. Any remaining credit stays on the gift card.

Is the gift card also valid on sale items?

What if I picked the wrong amount?

Contact our customer service at info@boomba-bamboo.com within 14 days. As long as the gift card has not been redeemed, we can exchange it for a different amount.

Yes, bamboo duvets are hypoallergenic and naturally antibacterial. The smooth fibres prevent dust mites from settling and the OEKO-TEX®-certified materials are free from harmful substances. Ideal for asthmatics and those with allergies.

Are Boomba Bamboo® duvets 100% organic and natural?

Yes, our duvets are made of 100% organic and naturally produced bamboo. With Organic 100 certification, the entire production chain is documented as fully natural. No synthetic additives, no chemical treatments.

Can I get advice?

Yes, you're welcome to ask us for advice. Contact us via the contact form, by email at info@boomba-bamboo.com or by phone during office hours. We'll happily help you choose the right size, colour or product for your needs.

Can I return my order (money back guarantee)?

Yes, within 30 days you can return your order for any reason – without giving reasons. The product must be unused and in original packaging. After receipt and inspection we refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Are bamboo duvets washable at home?

Yes, our bamboo duvets are machine-washable at 30 °C on a delicate cycle in a large drum (8 kg+ capacity). Use mild detergent, avoid fabric softener and tumble-dry on low. For very large duvets a launderette offers more space and care.

At what temperature is it best to wash my bamboo pillowcases?

Bamboo pillowcases are best washed at 30 °C on a delicate cycle. Wash regularly for hygiene — frequency matters more than temperature. Make sure they are completely dry before reuse to prevent mould.

Are bamboo fitted sheets sustainable?

Yes, our bamboo fitted sheets are produced sustainably: bamboo from certified plantations, the closed-loop Tanboocel™ process, and OEKO-TEX®, ECOCERT and Organic 100 certifications. With proper care they last 5+ years – sustainable in every sense.
